Nice place, easy to move around in the area. Personal very attentive. It was a nice experience staying at hotel Azteca Polanco.

The place is very well located. The zone of Polanco is one of the safest zones in the city. The hotel is just one block from Plaza Comercial Polanco, a commercial plaza. The woman at the reception desk is such a kind woman. The staff is kind and attentive in anything. The rooms are comfortable, super clean, and well-maintained. I would also want to say that the rooms are not that big, which not a big deal is for me. The restaurant is on the top floor of the hotel. It looks amazing, so modern and the food tastes great! Somewhat expensive though. Just as I said, the location of the hotel is one of the best. Nonetheless, do not expect to have that much “Mexican environment” in the streets, such as restaurants, street vendors, coffee shops, etc. It's kind expensive though. We paid like $3,500.00 MXN just for one night.

Excellent service very well kept, and the location is the best that you can ask for. ||Near every place we needed to go and |Fast to get there from the airport and back. Restaurants are nearby and safe neighborhood as long you keep an eye open and do not take unnecessary risks

This place is in a very quiet area of town, from what I experienced. The rooms were VERY clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The other guests were loud, but I blame it on ECD. Overall, great place for the price; great for a layover/ nap.

Nice hotel to stay in DF especially if you have business in Polanco. Very clean rooms and with plenty of space, which is nice when required to work from the hotel room. Staff is responsive and very helpful. The hotel is applying the COVID19 rules very well and it makes you feel safe. I'll definitely come back!
